The Facility Renewal Team is responsible for the planned improvements to existing facilities and to prepare a plan for the development of new facilities. This team coordinates it's work with the Property Management Team.
Duties include:
*Pray for development of our facilities for expanded ministry
*Facilities and maintenance program
*Facility needs for existing and expanded ministries
*Liaison between architects/building planners, council/staff and congregation
*Manage the planner facilities design options
*Communicators for facilities renewal
*
Serve as the oversight committee until the facilities are ready for occupancy
