The Administrative Team is responsible for the management of the Church's resources, assets and finances, subject to the discretion of the council.
Duties include:
*Pray for the administrative work of the church
*Preparation of the yearly budget
*Oversight of all non-pastoral staff, except Kiddieland staff
*Policies regarding Church funds
*Auditing of corporation's financial records
*Personnel salaries and policies
* Management of job descriptions
*Administration of insurance coverage
*Annual Financial reports
